Baked Goods:
I offer cakes in various styles, from simple to elaborate decoration, for different occasions. They are made in the American style — rich in flavor, with two to three layers of cake and a creamy mousse in the middle. Examples include chocolate cake with dark or light chocolate mousse, lemon cake with raspberries and lemon mousse, or vanilla cake with vanilla filling.
Each cake is unique, individual, and homemade. My chocolate muffins and lemon-raspberry muffins are also a classic.
The material costs vary for each project. Special decorations, utensils, or gifts for the cake are charged separately. An exact price can only be calculated after purchasing the ingredients and completing the product.
Muffins are available from CHF 2.– per piece, depending on decoration or topping.
For a cake about 25 cm in diameter, serving 10–15 people, the average price is CHF 180.– to CHF 220.–.
For a cake about 40 cm in diameter, serving 15–35 people, the average price is CHF 220.– to CHF 280.–.

Material prices are constantly changing — based on experience, more often in the higher range.
Other shapes, servings, and sizes are possible. Depending on the size, my options may be limited.
Common ingredients are water, milk, cream, wheat flour, butter, cooking oil, chocolate and cocoa, sugar, eggs, starch and baking agents, lemon juice, fruits, salt, vanilla, fondant or buttercream, and food coloring.
I prioritize regional and Swiss products. All products are processed with the utmost care and within their respective shelf life. I rely on the quality of the ingredients. Both edible and non-edible decorations may be used. Food colorings may cause a staining effect.
In general, my products are not suitable for people with allergies or for vegans. No raw eggs are used without baking. All products may contain traces of eggs, gluten, lactose, and nuts.
If the order cannot be completed after confirmation or during production, no costs will be charged, and any payments made will be refunded. If the client cancels or postpones the order after confirmation or during production, the cost of already purchased materials will be charged. The final products may differ from the initial design. Once the goods have been picked up or delivered, the customer assumes responsibility.
Payment
If possible, please pay material costs in advance.
I accept Twint, exact cash payment, or bank transfer within 5 working days. Swiss regulations apply. An invoice or receipt will be issued upon request.
Media
Photos and videos of each project are taken for various media purposes. These may be shared on the website and social media for display. Copyright for the projects and media remains with me as the creator.
